01. The Initial Call
We’ll start with a phone call to connect, talk through your vision, and make sure we’re the perfect fit for one another. This is your time to ask any questions, share your plans, and get excited about what’s ahead. Choosing your wedding photographer is a big decision , I want you to feel completely confident moving forward.
02. Booking Your Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, your date is officially secured with a signed contract and a 25% retainer. After that, the magic begins! From here on out, I’m in your corner to help guide you through the photography side of your planning.
03. Engagement Session
If your collection includes an engagement session, we’ll schedule it next! This is such a fun and meaningful step in the process. It gives us the chance to capture your love story before the big day and helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera. By the time your wedding arrives, it’ll feel like we’ve already done this before.
04. Timeline Creation
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll work together to build a custom photography timeline. This ensures everything flows smoothly and allows you to feel relaxed and prepared going into your day.
05. Final Details Meeting
About a week before your wedding, we’ll connect one last time to confirm all the details. We’ll review the timeline, locations, family photo lists, and make sure nothing has changed. This way, you can head into your wedding day feeling calm and confident.
